`In its Final Written Decision (Paper 86), the Board invited Patent Owner to

`file a renewed motion to seal portions of the Final Written Decision or certain
`
`materials relied upon in the Final Written Decision, if Patent Owner wished to
`
`maintain a claim of confidentiality to those materials.
`
`Patent Owner states that the Final Written Decision does not contain
`
`confidential information and does not require redaction.
`
`Further, Patent Owner does not seek to seal any portion of the exhibits and
`
`papers addressed by Petitioner’s Motion to Seal (Paper 82) directed to Exhibits
`
`1139-1142, portions of the Reply (Paper 53), portions of the Riechmann Reply
`
`Declaration (Ex. 1143), Petitioner’s Motion to Exclude (Paper 63), and Petitioner’s
`
`Amended Reply in Support of its Motion to Exclude (Paper 82).
`

`
`Patent Owner also does not renew its motion to seal any portion of the
`
`presently protected exhibits that are relied upon the Final Written Decision, which
`
`includes Exhibits 2016 and 2017.
`
`
`
`The Board’s Final Written Decision reaffirmed its decision granting Patent
`
`Owner’s motion to seal confidential laboratory notebooks and other confidential
`
`research materials (Exhibits 2001-2015), which were not addressed in the Final
`
`Written Decision in this proceeding. Paper 86 at 53. To the extent that portions of
`
`those materials were addressed in the Final Written Decisions in related IPR2017-
`
`
