`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), the Board’s Scheduling Order (IPR2017-
`
`01373, Paper 15, and IPR2017-01374, Paper 16), and the Parties Joint Notice of
`
`Stipulation to Revise Schedule (IPR2017-01373, Paper 57, and IPR2017-01374,
`
`Paper 56), Petitioner respectfully requests that the Board conduct a consolidated
`
`oral argument in Inter Partes Review Nos. IPR2017-01373 and IPR2017-01374,
`
`currently scheduled for both cases on July 16, 2018. (See IPR2017-01373, Paper
`
`33, and IPR2017-01374, Paper 32.)
`
`In view of the consolidated IPRs, Petitioner requests one hour and thirty
`
`minutes at the oral hearing to address U.S. Patent No. 6,407,213 or, to the extent
`
`greater, the amount of time granted to Patent Owner. Petitioner requests the
`
`opportunity to reserve a portion of its time for rebuttal. Petitioner intends to argue
`
`the following issues:
`
`1. Any issues addressed by Petitioner, including in the Petition for Inter
`
`Partes Review and Reply;
`
`2. Any issues properly raised by Patent Owner, including in the Patent
`
`Owner’s Response;
`
`3. Rebuttal to issues raised by Patent Owner;
`
`4. Petitioner’s Motion to Exclude Evidence;
`
`5. Any Motions to Exclude Evidence by Patent Owner;
`
`6. Any issues properly raised in Patent Owner’s Request for Oral
`
`
`
`

`Argument;
`
`7. Any issues properly raised in Patent Owner’s Motion to Strike New
`
`Reply Materials and Petitioner’s response thereto;
`
`8. Any additional issues the parties raise or propose to raise at or before the
`
`oral argument; and
`
`9. Any additional issues on which the Board seeks information or
`
`clarification.
`
`Petitioner requests the ability to use audio-visual equipment to display
`
`demonstratives and exhibits, including the use of a computer-connected projector,
`
`an ELMO projector, and a screen.
