`will take the deposition of Leonard G. Presta, upon oral examination. The

`deposition will be taken on May 1-2, 2018 beginning at 9:00 a.m. PST at Durie

`Tangri LLP, 217 Leidesdorff St., San Francisco, CA 94111. The deposition will

`be videotaped and recorded by stenographic means by a court reporter licensed to
`
`administer oaths. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have

`conferred and agreed upon the date, time and location of the deposition.
