`Patent Owner’s Motions for Pro Hac Vice Admission of

`1 This order addresses issues that are common to each referenced case. We,
`therefore, issue a single order that has been entered in each case. For convenience,
`paper numbers refer to those filed in IPR2017-01373.

`Patent Owner filed motions for pro hac vice admission of Andrew Danford
`(Paper 28), Robert J. Gunther, Jr. (Paper 24), Daralyn J. Durie (Paper 25), Lisa J.
`Pirozzolo (Paper 27), and Kevin S. Prussia (Paper 26). The motions are supported
`by the declarations of Mr. Danford (Ex. 2036), Mr. Gunther (Ex. 2032), Ms. Durie
`(Ex. 2033), Ms. Pirozzolo (Ex. 2034), and Mr. Prussia (Ex. 2035), respectively.
`On page one of each motion, Patent Owner states that Petitioner does not oppose
`the motion.
`The Board has reviewed the submissions and determined that the
`requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 42.10 have been met and there is good cause to admit
`Mr. Danford, Mr. Gunther, Ms. Durie, Ms. Pirozzolo, and Mr. Prussia pro hac
`vice.
`

`It is, therefore,
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s motions for admission of Andrew Danford,
`Robert J. Gunther, Jr., Daralyn J. Durie, Lisa J. Pirozzolo, and Kevin S. Prussia pro
`hac vice are granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Danford, Mr. Gunther, Ms. Durie,
`Ms. Pirozzolo, and Mr. Prussia are authorized to represent Patent Owner only as
`back-up counsel in the instant proceedings;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is to continue to have a registered
`practitioner represent it as lead counsel for the instant proceedings;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Danford, Mr. Gunther, Ms. Durie,
`Ms. Pirozzolo, and Mr. Prussia shall comply with the Office Patent Trial Practice

`jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the Office’s Rules of Professional
`Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101-11.901.
