`Petitioner has not requested an oral hearing in the present case.
`
`On 6/4/2018, the deadline for requesting an oral hearing, Patent Owner filed in the present case a
`Request for Oral Argument listing case and counsel information for another IPR. The filing stated
`that Patent Owner requests that Oral Argument be held at the Texas Regional Office in Dallas, Texas.
`
`Petitioner is unsure of the significance of Patent Owner's filing.
`
`Should the Board find that Patent Owner has properly requested an oral hearing and that a hearing
`is necessary in the present case, Petitioner respectfully asks that the hearing be held at the Silicon
`Valley Regional Office in San Jose, CA or at the Rocky Mountain Regional Office in Denver, Colorado.
`The Denver location represents a compromise position between the locations of Petitioner's counsel
`in San Jose, CA and Patent Owner's counsel in Dallas, TX.
`
