`The real parties in interest are EnvisionIT, LLC, a Delaware Limited

`Liability Company which is the sole owner of U.S. Patent No. 8,438,221 (the ’221

`Patent) and CellCast Technologies, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company
`
`which is the exclusive licensee of the ’221 Patent.
`

`II. RELATED MATTERS
`
`The ’221 Patent has been asserted against the United States in the litigation
`
`CellCast Technologies, LLC and EnvisionIT, LLC v. The United States of America,
`
`Case. No. 1:15-cv-01307 (U.S. Court of Federal Claims) in a complaint filed
`
`November 2, 2015. The ’221 patent is the subject of IPR2017-00160, a petition
`
`filed by The United States on November 1, 2016.
`
`The following U.S. patents also claim priority to the same provisional
`
`application as the ’221 patent: Nos. 9,136,954 (“the ’954 patent”); 7,693,938 (“the
`
`’938 patent”); 8,103,719 (“the ’719 patent”); and 8,438,212 (“the ’212 patent”).
`
`The United States has filed petitions for Inter Partes Review of each of these
`
`patents: IPR2017-00180 (’954 patent); IPR2017-00183 (’938 patent); IPR2017-
`
`00186 (’719 patent); and IPR2017-00185 (’212 patent).
