`Pursuant to the Scheduling Order (Paper 12) for case no. IPR2017-01218,

`Image Processing Technologies LLC (“Patent Owner”) respectfully requests oral
`
`argument. DUE DATE 7 (Oral argument) is scheduled for June 29, 2018. See
`
`Paper 26 at 5. Petitioner has also requested oral argument for IPR2017-01190
`
`(’518 Patent), for which Oral argument is also scheduled for June 29, 2018.
`

`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Image Processing intends to argue the
`
`following issues:
`

`Any issues raised by Patent Owner in IPR2017-01218,
`
`including but not limited to issues raised in the Patent Owner
`
`response (Paper 15); in deposition of Dr. Hart (Exhibit 2011),
`
`and in testimony provided by Dr. Bovik in response to
`
`Petitioner’s counsel’s questioning (Exhibit 2012).
`
`2.
`
`Rebuttal to issues properly raised by Petitioner in IPR2017-
`
`01218, including Patent Owner’s response to argument made in
`
`Petitioner’s Reply (Paper 22), and Patent Owner’s response to
`
`Petitioner’s supplemental brief authorized by Paper 26.
`
`3.
`
`To the extent necessary, any motion to exclude or other motion
`

`filed by Petitioner.
`
`Image Processing requests 30 minutes per side for oral argument for
`
`IPR2017-01218. Image Processing also requests the ability to use
`
`audio/visual equipment to display demonstrative exhibits, including the use
`
`of an Elmo/digital projector and screen for projection of electronic and paper
`
`materials.
