`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Board’s Scheduling Order

`(IPR2017-01159, Paper 11, and IPR2017-01160, Paper 11), Petitioners Lupin Ltd.
`
`and Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (collectively, “Petitioners”) respectfully request
`
`that the Board conduct a consolidated oral argument in Inter Partes Review Nos.
`
`IPR2017-01159 and IPR2017-01160, currently scheduled for both cases on July 9,
`
`2018. See IPR2017-01159, Paper 11 at 6; IPR2017-01160, Paper 11 at 6.
`
`Petitioner intends to address all of the instituted grounds of unpatentability of
`
`claims 1-15 of U.S. Patent No. 9,254,278 and of claims 1-11 and 13 of U.S. Patent
`
`No. 9,326,966, as well as any issue raised by a party in a motion to exclude.
`
`Petitioners request that the Board provide each side with thirty minutes to
`
`present its arguments.
`
`Petitioners also request the ability to use audio/visual equipment to display
`
`demonstratives and exhibits, including the use of a computer, projector, and screen.
