`
`Both Parties requested oral argument in the above-identified proceedings
`(IPR2017-01159, Paper 27; IPR2017-01160, Paper 28). We granted the requests
`and scheduled oral argument for July 9, 2018. Paper 33.2 The deadline for service

`In light of the aforementioned circumstances, we grant the Parties’ request to
`excuse the service of demonstratives on June 29, 2018, and cancel the oral
`argument scheduled for July 9, 2018. In light of the parties reaching settlement,

`on settlement no later than July 13, 2018.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that the June 29, 2018, deadline for filing demonstratives is
`excused and the oral argument scheduled for July 9, 2018, is cancelled; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that, the parties are authorized to a motion to
`terminate the proceedings no later than July 13, 2018.
