`Having been informed that counsel for the Trustee and counsel for Twitter have reached

`an agreement regarding the requested relief, and finding cause to approve such agreement; it is
`
`hereby:
`
`ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by this Court that the Trustee’s Motion is
`
`hereby granted and the Trustee is allowed to sell the Patents (as defined in the Trustee’s Motion)
`
`subject to the referenced Secured Creditors (as defined in the Trustee’s Motion) secured claims
`
`as set forth in the Motion free and clear of any other liens or interests for $200,000.00.
`
`IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by this Court that neither this Sale Order nor the sale
`
`approved herein shall prejudice, bar or otherwise affect (i) the continuation of proceeding
`
`numbers IPR2017-00829, IPR2017-00830, IPR2017-01131 and IPR2017-01133 (the “Pending
`
`IPR Proceedings”) in front of the Patent and Trial Appeal Board (the “PTAB”) of the United
`
`States Patent and Trademark Office; (ii) Twitter’s participation in the Pending IPR Proceedings
`
`(iii) Twitter’s right to fully defend against any claims or causes of action asserted in the Patent
`
`Litigation.
`
