`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, the Board’s Scheduling Order dated May 14,

`2018 (Paper 38), Petitioner Twitter, Inc. respectfully requests oral argument,
`
`currently scheduled for October 19, 2018. Petitioner specifies, without intent to
`
`waive consideration of any issue not requested, the following issues to be argued:
`
` The interpretation of certain claim limitations of U.S. Patent No.
`
`8,464,304;
`
` Whether claims 1, 4, 5, and 9 of U.S. Patent No. 8,464,304 are
`
`unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 102 over Lahti;
`
` Whether claims 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 14-16, 26, and 28 of U.S. Patent No.
`
`8,464,304 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Lahti in
`
`combination with the Current TV references;
`
` Whether claim 11 of U.S. Patent No. 8,464,304 is unpatentable under
`
`35 U.S.C. § 103 over Lahti in combination with the Current TV
`
`references and Washington;
`
` Whether claims 12, 13, 29, and 30 of U.S. Patent No. 8,464,304 are
`
`unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Lahti in combination with the
`
`Current TV references, Washington, and Franken;
`
` Whether claims 17, and 19-21 of U.S. Patent No. 8,464,304 are
`
`unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Lahti in combination with
`
`Chen and the Admitted Art;

` Whether claims 22-25 of U.S. Patent No. 8,464,304 are unpatentable
`
`under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Lahti in combination with the Current TV
`
`references and the Admitted Art; and
`
` Whether to grant Petitioner’s Motion To Exclude Evidence.
`
`Petitioner reserves the right to address any arguments presented by Patent
`
`Owner and any other issues about which the Board wishes to hear argument during
`
`any oral hearing in this proceeding.
`
`As Petitioner anticipates the Board will likely determine to consolidate oral
`
`argument for this proceeding and co-pending proceeding IPR2017-01133, Petitioner
`
`requests 60 minutes to address all issues for both proceedings.
`
`Petitioner requests the ability to use audio visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for PowerPoint
`
`display.
