`with a Motion for Joinder with IPR2016-01479. West-Ward was joined as a party

`in IPR2017-01479 on September 25, 2017. West-Ward does not have uploading
`
`status in E2E with respect to IPR2016-01479, and has been instructed by
`
`Mr. Andrew Kellogg, Supervisory Paralegal, Patent Trial and Appeal Board, to file
`
`this Updated Mandatory Notice in IPR2017-01078.
`
`West-Ward Pharmaceuticals International Limited has changed its name to
`
`Hikma Pharmaceuticals International Limited. Accordingly, pursuant to 37 C.F.R.
`
`§ 42.8(b)(1), West-Ward identifies Hikma Pharmaceuticals International Limited
`
`as a real-party-in-interest in IPR2017-01078 and IPR2016-01479.
