`Pursuant to the Board’s August 10, 2017, Scheduling Order (Paper 8), Patent

`Owner respectfully requests oral argument for the trial currently scheduled on April

`11, 2018. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Patent Owner requests one (1) hour of

`total time in view of the Motion to Amend and the issues raised in Petitioner’s
`
`challenge to the original claims. Patent Owner specifies the following issues, without

`intent to waive consideration of any issue not requested, to be argued for this
