`Petitioners Apotex Inc. and Apotex Corp. filed a notice of appeal yesterday, July 26, 2018, in E2E, but
`the Federal Circuit's PACER payment processing system was unable to complete payment yesterday.
`The PACER payment processing system is now working and Petitioners Apotex Inc. and Apotex Corp.
`have re-filed the notice of appeal today in E2E, with today's date, and have completed the necessary
`payment. The notice of appeal filed yesterday in E2E in this matter can be expunged or disregarded,
`at the Board's option.
