`
`Thanks for the update. Agree on moving with formulation as best and fastest route.

`
`Paul,
`Valois was in today and we had a very detailed presentation on the Pfeiffer Bi Dose and the Valois Dolphin.
`
`They are both syringe type nasal sprays that are designed to give two doses of the same formulation from a single chamber. Most of the
`applications are for the vaccine market where you want to give the vaccine in both nostrils. They will not work as dual chamber devices. The
`piston moves half way for the first shot and them the full way for the second shot. The Zomig nasal spray was the same device, but did not
`have the two spray feature built in.
`
`Rich, Alex and I have discussed the combo product and we all feel the shortest development route would be either a simple solution or a
`suspension, depending on the steroid used. That way we can use a multidose spray device such are the Equadel, VP7 or VP3 pumps.
`Regards,
`Dennis

`
`Dennis,
`
`We should put this on the front burner and pursue as exclusive for use in Rhinitis applications ASAP.

`
`Sarah,
`At our meeting on February 6th could you give your brief perspective on the Pfeiffer's Bi Dose Nasal System and the types of products this
`device is used for, just so that we can assess whether this could be something worth exploring in the future?
`Could you also explain to us how the coordination of activities in the AptarGroup are actually working. Are there separate sales
`representatives? Would a supply agreement cover the total AptarGroup or just the Valois division?
`
`Thanks.
`Best regards,
`Dennis
