`IPR2017-00804 (US 6,627,196 B1)
`IPR2017-00805 (US 7,371,379 B2)
`
`We have determined to amend the scheduling order for these
`proceedings in order to consolidate the deadlines with IPR2017-01121,
`IPR2017-01122, IPR2017-01139, and IPR2017-01140. The oral hearing for
`these two groups of proceedings will not be consolidated, however. Any
`oral hearing in IPR2017-00737, IPR2017-00804, and/or IPR2017-00805
`will be directly followed by any oral hearing for IPR2017-01121, IPR2017-
`01122, IPR2017-01139, and/or IPR2017-01140. Counsel will be accorded
`preparation time between the two groups of proceedings but Board staff will
`not clear the room between proceedings.
`The parties are reminded that they may stipulate to different dates for
`DUE DATES 1 through 5 (earlier or later, but no later than DUE DATE 6),
`but may not stipulate to an extension of DUE DATES 6 and 7. The new
`deadlines are as follows:
`
`DUE DATE 1 .................................................................... December 21, 2017
`Patent owner’s response to the petition
`Patent owner’s motion to amend the patent
`
`DUE DATE 2 ............................................................................ March 8, 2018

`
`DUE DATE 4 ............................................................................ April 20, 2018
