`I am counsel for Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. and Ruckus

`Wireless, Inc. (collectively, “Petitioners”) in concurrent multi-district litigation in
`
`the District of Delaware In re: Mobile Telecommunications Technologies, Case
`
`No. 1:16-md-2722 (D.Del.) involving the patent-at-issue in this proceeding, U.S.
`
`Patent No. 5,915,210 Patent (“'210 Patent”).
`

`I am familiar with the subject matter of this proceeding as I have been
`
`actively involved in all aspects of the Concurrent Litigation, including the
`
`development of Petitioners’ invalidity positions regarding the claims of the '210
`
`Patent being challenged in this proceeding. I have also served in an advisory
`
`capacity in this proceeding. As such, I am familiar with the specific prior art
`
`references submitted with the petition, along with the filings and actions in this
`
`proceeding.
