`and ex parte reexaminations of U.S. Patent No. 6,623,468 (Control Nos.

`95/000,468 and 90/009,378, admission order issued February 15, 2013); and inter
`
`partes reviews numbers IPR2013-00097 (admission order issued September 18,
`
`2013, Paper 34) and IPR2013-00102 (admission order issued September 18, 2013,

`intellectual property litigation attorney, with substantial experience in complex

`patentlitigation in various federal courts. I am particularly familiar with the

`subject matter at issue in this proceeding, including the patentat issue (U.S. Patent

`No. 6,363,345) and the prior art upon whichPetitioner relies, due to my
`
`representation of Patent Ownerbefore the United States International Trade
`
`Commission (In re Certain Audio Processing Hardware, Software, and Products
`
`Containing the Same, Inv. No. 337-TA-1026) and in the two pendingdistrict court
`
`cases involving the patent at issue (Andrea Elecs. Corp. v. Apple Inc., United
