`In the Scheduling Order dated June 26, 2017, the Board encouraged the

`parties to discuss alternative means for resolving the dispute regarding the subject
`
`matter of this proceeding.
`
`As encouraged by the Board, Petitioners’ counsel contacted Patent Owner’s
`
`counsel on July 13, 2017 and discussed the possibility of alternative means for
`
`resolving this dispute. On July 14, 2017, Patent Owner’s and Petitioners’ counsel
`
`conferred and agreed that there were no additional terms to discuss that would
`
`resolve this dispute at this time.
`
`To date the parties have not reached any agreement to resolve the dispute.
