`Pursuant to an e-mail sent September 26, 2017, we rescheduled the
`date for any oral hearing in the above-captioned proceeding from April 3,
`2018, to April 9, 2018. Although Intellectual Ventures I, LLC, requested an
`oral hearing on the previous hearing date (Paper 32, 1), we treat Intellectual
`Ventures I, LLC’s request as if it had requested an oral hearing on April 9,
`2018. Intellectual Ventures I, LLC, need not refile its request for oral
`hearing.
`The remaining Due Dates for this proceeding are set forth in the
`accompanying REVISED DUE DATE APPENDIX. See Papers 27, 28, and
`31 (stipulating to modifications of Due Dates 2, 4, and 5). The discussion of
`the Scheduling Order requirements from the original Scheduling Order
`(Paper 10) are incorporated herein by reference. The parties are not
`permitted to incorporate materials from one document into another
`document by reference. See 42 C.F.R. § 42.6(a)(3).
