`Patent Owner Valencell, Inc. (“Valencell”) hereby files this notice of the
`
`deposition of Dr. Brian W. Anthony. The deposition shall be conducted as
`
`authorized by 37 C.F.R. 42.51(b)(1)(ii) as a cross-examination of Dr. Anthony’s
`
`testimony appearing in his declarations in this proceeding (Exhibits 1102 and 1103
`
`and its Exhibits as cited) as limited in scope by 37 C.F.R. 42.53(d)(5)(ii). The
`
`deposition shall begin at 10:00 a.m. on December 20, 2017 at a location to be
`
`determined in Cambridge, MA. For efficiency, this deposition is being conducted
`
`as a combined deposition with IPR2017-00318 (on the counterpart declarations in
`
`that matter (Exhibits 1102 and 1103)). The deposition shall be conducted before a
`
`disinterested official authorized to administer oaths at that location. The deposition
`
`shall be recorded stenographically, transcribed by real-time reporting software and
`
`videotaped.
