`1 In each of the instant cases, Patent Owner’s Mandatory Notice, filed
`pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8, and Preliminary Response identify Uniloc
`USA, Inc. and Uniloc Luxembourg S.A. as patent owners. Paper 4; Paper 6
`at caption. Therefore, we adjust the case caption to include Uniloc USA,
`Inc.
`2 This order addresses issues pertaining to each of the above-captioned
`cases. Therefore, we exercise our discretion to issue a single order to be
`filed in each case. The parties are not authorized to use this combined
`caption for any subsequent papers without authorization from the Board.

`In each of these cases, Petitioner Apple Inc. filed Exhibit 1003, the
`
`Declaration of Leonard J. Forys, Ph.D., and Exhibit 1012, excerpts of the
`
`Microsoft Computer Dictionary (5th ed. 2002). Dr. Forys’s Declaration
`
`contains citations to pages of Exhibit 1012 that are not included in the
`
`exhibit as filed. See, e.g., Ex. 1003 ¶ 150 (citing “Microsoft Computer
`
`Dictionary” at 198); id. ¶ 221 (citing “Microsoft Computer Dictionary”
`
`at 431).
`
`Accordingly, Exhibit 1012 is expunged from the record in each case.
`
`Within one week of the date of this order, Petitioner shall file an updated,
`
`complete version of Exhibit 1012 that includes all pages relied upon in the
`
`Petition and Dr. Forys’s Declaration. In addition, Petitioner shall confirm
`
`that no other exhibits have missing pages or other deficiencies and shall
`
`notify the Board by e-mail to trials@uspto.gov if any other exhibits contain
`
`any deficiencies.
`
`Accordingly, it is:

`ORDER
`
`ORDERED that Exhibit 1012 is expunged from the record in
`
`
`
`
`
`IPR2017-00220 and IPR2017-00221; and
`
`
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that within one week of the date of this order,
`
`Petitioner shall file a complete version of Exhibit 1012 and shall notify the
`
`Board by e-mail to trials@uspto.gov if any other exhibits contain
`
`deficiencies.
