`Ga.);

`b) Patent Owner has also asserted the ‘732 patent in SIPCO LLC v. Acuity Brands,

`Inc., et al., No. 1:16-cv-00480 (D. Del.); and
`
`c) another IPR (IPR2015-01973) was filed against the ‘732 patent and is currently

`pending.
