`On August 28, 2017, Petitioner filed a motion for Donald L. Jackson,
`James D. Berquist, Walter D. Davis, Jr., Michael R. Casey, Wayne M. Helge,
`and James T. Wilson to withdraw as Petitioner’s counsel in this proceeding.
`Paper 23. The motion further moves to designate Steven Pepe as lead counsel,
`and to designate James R. Batchelder, James L. Davis, Jr., Kathryn N. Hong,
`and Daniel Richards as backup counsel. Id. The motion is accompanied by
`updated powers of attorney, executed by Petitioner, designating Ms. Hong and
`Messrs. Pepe, James Davis, Batchelder, and Richards as counsel for
`Petitioner. Paper 24. Ms. Hong and Messrs. Pepe, James Davis, and Richards
`are registered practitioners and Mr. Batchelder has moved for admission pro
`hac vice. Paper 25.
`Petitioner represents that “Patent Owner has indicated that it does not
`oppose” Petitioner’s motion to substitute counsel in this proceedings. Paper
`23. The motion is granted.

`ORDERED that Donald L. Jackson, James D. Berquist, Walter D.
`Davis, Jr., Michael R. Casey, Wayne M. Helge, and James T. Wilson are
`permitted to withdraw as counsel for Petitioner in this proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Steven Pepe is recognized as Petitioner’s
`lead counsel in this proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that James R. Batchelder, James L. Davis, Jr.,
`Kathryn N. Hong, and Daniel Richards are recognized as Petitioner’s backup
`counsel in this proceeding; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall file updated mandatory
`notices by September 29, 2017.
