`On August 18, 2017, Patent Owner sent an email to Trials@uspto.gov
`
`requesting that we modify DUE DATE 7, the date for oral argument in these
`cases. DUE DATE 7 had previously been set for April 10, 2018, in each of
`
`
`1 Case IPR2017-00423 has been consolidated with this proceeding.
`2 This Order pertains to all of these cases. Therefore, we exercise our
`discretion to issue a single Order to be filed in each case. The parties are not
`authorized to use this style heading for any subsequent papers.

`these cases. Patent Owner represented that, among other conflicts, Patent
`Owner’s lead counsel will be out of the country on that date. Patent Owner
`further represented that Petitioner does not oppose Patent Owner’s request to
`change DUE DATE 7. After a series of email exchanges with the Board,
`both parties indicated that they are available for oral argument on April 19,
`2018.
`Under these circumstances, we find good cause to grant Patent
`Owner’s request to change the date of oral argument in these cases. See
`37 C.F.R. § 42.5(c).
`
`Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that DUE DATE 7, the date for oral argument in these
`
`cases, is changed to April 19, 2018.
