`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(b) and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c), Petitioner
`
`Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Patent Owner Qualicaps Co., Ltd (“the
`
`parties”) hereby give notice that the parties have made a confidential written
`
`settlement agreement in connection with the termination of IPR2017-00203.
`
`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(b) and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c), the parties
`
`jointly request that the confidential agreement, which is composed of (a) a
`
`settlement agreement (filed in this proceeding as Exhibit 1031), and (b)
`
`Orders and Stipulations (filed in this proceeding as Exhibit 1030; see also
`
`exhibits B through D of Exhibit 1031), be treated as business confidential
`
`information and be kept separate from the file of the involved patent, and be
`
`made available only to Federal Government agencies on written request, or to
`
`persons showing good cause on written request.
