`On November 2, 2017, Petitioner, Duk San Neolux Co., Ltd ., filed a petition
`
`for inter partes review of claims 1, 3, 4, and 14-26 of U.S. Patent No. 9,056,870
`
`(Paper No. 1). The Board subsequently issued a decision denying Petitioner’s
`
`Request for Rehearing of the inter partes review (Paper No. 10, dated March 31,
`
`2017). In accordance with 37 C.F.R. §42.15(b)(2), the post-institution fees paid at
`
`the time of filing should be returned. Petitioner hereby requests a refund of
`
`$14,400 for the post-institution fees for 16 claims (claims 1, 3, 4, and 14-26) in the
`
`case of IPR2017-00197.
`
`The payment was provided via PTO Account No. 22-0585 and processed in
`
`PTAB E2E system on November 2, 2017. Upon review and approval of this
`
`request, we respectfully request the Board credit the requested amount to
`
`Petitioner. The amount may be deposited into PTO Account No. 22-0585. If more
