`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), and as authorized by the Board via an

`email dated August 27, 2018 (see 37 C.F.R. § 42.20(b)), Petitioners Acrux DDS
`
`Pty Ltd. and Acrux Limited (“Acrux”) respectfully request authorization to
`
`withdraw prior counsel and substitute new counsel to transact all business in the
`
`United States Patent & Trademark Office associated with the Petition for Inter
`
`Partes Review of U.S. Patent No. 7,214,506 on behalf of Acrux. Counsel for
`
`Acrux has conferred with Patent Owner’s counsel, who has stated that Patent
`
`Owner will not oppose the present motion.

`the United States Patent & Trademark Office associated with the Petition for Inter
