`On January 6, 2016, Enzo Biochem, Inc. announced that it had reached and finalized a settlement with Agilent Technologies, Inc.
`involving payment of $9 million to Enzo in an infringement action brought by Enzo regarding its U.S. Patent No. 7,064,197.
`
`This settlement resolving the disputes between Enzo and Agilent impacts only one of 11 cases originally brought by Enzo in the
`United States District Court for the District of Delaware alleging patent infringements against various companies, eight of which
`remain pending.
`
