`asserted in the following pending cases:

`Finjan, Inc. v. Palo Alto Networks, Inc., No.4:14-cv-04908 (N.D. Cal.); and

`Finjan, Inc. v. Blue Coat Systems, Inc., No. 5:15-cv-03295 (N.D. Cal.),
`
`Palo Alto Networks, Inc. filed petitions for inter partes review of the ‘408
`
`Patent in Case Nos. IPR2015-02001 and IPR2016-00157. The Board consolidated
`
`these cases for inter partes review on March 29, 2016. Blue Coat Systems, Inc.
`
`filed three Petitions for inter partes review of the ‘408 Patent in Case Nos.
`
`IPR2016-00955, IPR2016-00956, and IPR2016-01441. Case Nos. IPR2016-
`
`00955, IPR2016-00956 were terminated and joined with consolidated Case Nos.
`
`IPR2015-02001 and IPR2016-00157.
