`
`ORDER
`
`The parties to this case are involved in parallel proceedings in the U.S. District Court for
`
`the Eastern District of Michigan, Civil Action No. 15-cv-10628. On October 22, 2015, the parties
`
`notified this court that an October 14, 2015 Opinion and Order was entered in that case by the Hon.
`
`Matthew F. Leitman. Judge Leitman denied Versata’s Motion to Dismiss, or Alternatively to
`
`Transfer to the Eastern District of Texas.
`
`As the first-filed court has retained jurisdiction, it is ORDERED that on or before
`
`November 30, 2015 the parties shall file notice of any good faith reasons that this case should not
`
`be dismissed, without prejudice, so that the issues may dealt with in the Michigan court. Absent
`
`the filing of notice by either side the case will be so dismissed.
