`On November 1, 2017, Judges Kauffman, Petravick, and Weatherly
`held a call with counsel for each party. The parties requested the call to
`resolve questions about Petitioner’s Opposition to Patent Owner’s Motion to
`Terminate, and the Reply to that Opposition. Previously, we ordered that the
`Opposition was limited to ten pages and we stated that we would determine
`whether a Reply was necessary after Petitioner filed the Opposition. See
`Paper 24.2
`During the call, Petitioner asked for five additional pages for the
`Opposition. Patent Owner was not opposed to that request, provided we
`would permit a Reply of seven pages. Patent Owner indicated they could
`file the Reply by November 7, 2017 (based on Petitioner filing the
`Opposition no later than November 3, 2017).
`On November 1, 2017, we notified the parties by email of our intent
`to file an order as outlined in this paper.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Opposition may not exceed fifteen pages
`(due date unchanged); and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner may file a Reply to
`Petitioner’s Opposition, not to exceed seven pages, no later than November
`7, 2017.
