`On April 1, 2016, Plaintiffs filed the above-captioned patent

`infringement action against Defendants.

`On May 25, 2016, Yuneec USA, Inc. filed counterclaims against

`8 Plaintiffs. On June 27, 2016, Yuneec USA, Inc. filed amended counterclaims against

`On December 6, 2016, Plaintiffs filed a First Amended Complaint

`against Defendants.

`On December 20, 2016, Yuneec USA, Inc. filed counterclaims against

`Plaintiffs. On January 10, 2017, Yuneec USA, Inc. filed amended counterclaims
`
`against Plaintiffs.
`

`Plaintiffs and Defendants have agreed to a confidential settlement of
`
`their dispute. Plaintiffs wish to dismiss their claims against Defendants. Yuneec
`
`USA, Inc. wishes to dismiss its counterclaims against Plaintiffs.
`

`This case is not a class action.
`
`A receiver has not been appointed in this action.
`
`This case is not governed by any federal statute that requires an order
`
`of the court for dismissal of the case.

`The dismissal of Plaintiffs’ claims against Defendants is without

`prejudice. The dismissal of Yuneec USA, Inc.’s counterclaims against Plaintiffs is
`
`without prejudice.
