`It has come to the attention of the Board that Items 4–6 of Patent
`Owner’s Corrected Observations on Cross-Examination (Paper 30) are in
`violation of this requirement imposed in our Order dated May 4, 2017 (Paper
`12, 4): “Each observation should not exceed a single, short paragraph.”

`ORDER
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Items 4–6 of Patent Owner’s Motion for
`Observations on Cross Examination (Paper 30) are dismissed;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is authorized to file, within
`seven calendar days of the date of this Order, a Supplemental Motion for
`Observation on Cross Examination, which brings Items 4–6 into compliance
`as new items starting with Item 14;
`FURTHER ORDERED that no additional subject matter may be
`included in the Supplemental Motion for Observations; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is authorized to file, within five
`calendar days of Patent Owner’s Supplemental Motion for Observation, a
`Response to Supplemental Motion for Observation, and that the response to
`each observation is also limited to a single, short paragraph.
