`
`Good afternoon,
`
`Petitioners hereby inform the Board that the parties have conferred and agree that the oral argument
`transcript can be unsealed in its entirety.
`
`Subject to the Board’s authorization (per the request in the email below), Petitioners will file a joint

`Subject: IPR2017-00060
`
`Good afternoon,
`
`At the oral argument Petitioners indicated that, after the Patent Owner served its demonstrative
`exhibits on Petitioners on December 8 and on the Board on December 12, Patent Owner amended its
`demonstrative exhibits in the version filed on December 19 by reordering its slides and removing
`titles. Because Petitioners had timely filed their objections to Patent Owner’s slides (Paper 52) based on
`the December 12 version, Petitioners hereby request authorization to file an amended set of objections
`to correspond to Patent Owner’s revised demonstrative exhibits that were filed on December 19.
`
`Petitioners also request authorization to file a joint motion to seal the unredacted versions of the
`demonstrative exhibits filed by the parties. The joint motion to seal also includes other papers and
`exhibits that contain confidential information and which previously were filed in this proceeding.
`
`Counsel for the Patent Owner has indicated that they do not oppose Petitioners’ requests.
`
`Best regards,
`Greg Cordrey
