`I, Rico Reyes, declare as follows:

`In May of 2001 , I graduated with a Juris Doctorate from The University
`
`of Texas School of Law.
`
`' 2.
`
`On November 2, 2001, I was admitted and licensed as an attorney and
`
`counselor at law to practice in all Courts of the State of Texas
`
`3.
`
`Between 2002 and 2005, I served on active duty as a Judge Advocate
`
`in the United States Marine Corps. My practice included hundreds of criminal cases,
`
`multiple death investigations, law suits against the government and complex tort
`
`claims.
`

`
`Between 2006 and 2010 I served as an Assistant District Attorney in
`
`Travis County, Where I prosecuted hundreds of felony offenses.
`
`5.
`
`Since 2010, my practice has focused on general, business and
`
`commercial litigation and has included intellectual property matters.
`
`6.
`
`I have been a practicing attorney for OVer 16 years, I am an experienced
`
`litigator, and a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.
`

`I have never been admonished, sanctioned, suspended or disbarred by
`
`any court or administrative body.

`I have never had an application for admission to practice before any
`
`court or administrative body denied.

`me by any court or administrative body.

`other IPR petitions which are challenging patents owned by the same patent owner
