`In May of 1999, I graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law

`On November 3, 1999, I was admitted and licensed as an attorney and

`counselor at law to practice in all Courts of the State of Texas.

`Between September 1999 and September 2001, I clerked for a Federal

`District Judge in the Southern District of Texas, Corpus Christi Division.
`

`After that clerkship, I went into private practice and became a Partner
`
`at Jackson Walker, LLP.

`I have been a practicing as trial attorney for over seventeen years. My
`
`practice has been primarily commercial litigation, including intellectual property
`
`litigation.

`On December 12, 2008, I was admitted and licensed to practice as an
`
`Attorney and Counselor-at-Law in the United States Court of International Trade.
`

`I am a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas. I am also

`admitted to practice the United States District Court for the Eastern, Western and
`
`Southern District of Texas.

`I have never been admonished, sanctioned, suspended or disbarred by

`any court or administrative body.
