`INTRODUCTION
`Petitioner filed a Motion to Withdraw in the above-listed proceeding.
`Paper 15 (“Motion” or “Mot.”). We authorized the Motion in an email dated
`August 24, 2017. Patent Owner does not oppose the Motion. Mot. 2. For
`the following reasons, the Motion is granted.
`

`ANALYSIS
`Counsel may withdraw from an inter partes review only with
`authorization from the Board. 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e). The Motion requests
`authorization to withdraw Donald L. Jackson, Walter D. Davis, Jr., and
`James D. Berquist of Davidson Berquist Jackson & Gowdey, LLP as
`Petitioner’s lead counsel and back-up counsel, respectively. Mot. 1.
`Petitioner already has filed an updated power of attorney and a pro hac vice
`motion to effect designation of a new lead and back-up counsel. Papers 16,
`1–2; 17. Designated lead counsel James L. Davis, Jr. and backup counsel
`Carolyn L. Redding of Ropes & Gray LLP each are registered patent
`attorneys. Paper 16, 2. Also, designated back-up counsel James R.
`Batchelder has filed a pro hac vice motion.

`ORDER
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that the Motion is granted; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Donald L. Jackson, Walter D. Davis, Jr.,
`and James D. Berquist of Davidson Berquist Jackson & Gowdey, LLP are
`withdrawn as counsel for Petitioner in the above-listed proceedings.
