`I, Christopher V. Goodpastor, being duly sworn and upon oath, hereby attest

`to the following:

`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Texas, the
`
`Bar of the State of California, the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of
`
`Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Fifth Circuit and
`
`Ninth Circuit.

`I have not been suspended or disbarred from practice before any court
`
`or administrative body.

`I have never had an application for admission to practice before any

`court or administrative body denied.

`No sanction or contempt citation has been imposed against me by any

`In the last three (3) years, I have not applied to appear pro hac vice in

`any other proceedings before the Board.

`I am an experienced litigation attorney, with experience with complex
`
`litigation in both state and federal court. I am familiar with the subject matter at

`issue in this proceeding, including the prior art on which the Petitioners rely and
`
`U.S. Patent Nos. 6,470,399 (“the ’399 Patent”), 9,189,437 (“the ’437 Patent”),
`
`8,966,144 (“the ’144 Patent”) and 8,504,746 (“the ’746 Patent”). I have also
`
`reviewed the pertinent issues of claim construction that have been briefed in this
`
`proceeding.

`I have represented Patent Owner Papst Licensing GmbH & Co. KG in
`
`the civil action Papst Licensing GmbH & Co. KG v. Apple, Inc., et al., 6:15-cv-
`
`01095 (E.D. Tex.) in which the ’399, ’437, ’144 and ’746 Patents have been
`
`asserted.

`I hereby declare that all statements made herein of my own
`
`knowledge are true and that all statements made on information and belief are
`
`believed to be true; and further that these statements are made with the knowledge
