`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s April 27, 2017 Scheduling

`Order (Paper 11) and the Notice of Stipulation to Move Due Dates (Paper 13),

`Petitioner Apple Inc. respectfully requests oral argument, which is currently
`
`scheduled for January 16, 2018, on the issues raised in the Petition for Inter Partes
`
`Review of U.S. Patent No. 9,189,437 (“the ’437 patent”), Patent Owner’s
`
`Preliminary Response, Patent Owner’s Response, Petitioner’s Reply to Patent
`
`Owner’s Response, Patent Owner’s Motion for Observations on Cross Examination
`
`and Petitioner’s Response to Patent Owner’s Motion for Observations. The issues to
`
`be argued are: 1) whether claims 1, 4–6, 9–12, 14, 15, 30, and 34 of the ’437 patent
`
`are obvious over the combination of Pucci, Kepley, and Schmidt; 2) whether claim
`
`16 of the ’437 patent is obvious over the combination of Pucci, Kepley, Schmidt,
`
`and Shinosky; 3) whether claims 13 and 18 of the ’437 patent are obvious over the
`
`combination of Pucci, Kepley, Schmidt, and Campbell; 4) whether claim 32 of the
`
`’437 patent is obvious over the combination of Pucci, Kepley, Schmidt, and Wilson;
`
`5) whether claim 43 of the ’437 patent is obvious over the combination of Pucci and
`
`Schmidt; and 6) whether claim 45 of the ’437 patent is obvious over the
`
`combination of Pucci, Schmidt, and Campbell.
