`In our Order granting the parties’ request for oral hearing, we stated
`that “[t]he parties shall . . . file demonstrative exhibits with the Board, as a
`separate exhibit in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.63.” Paper 34, 3.2
`Demonstrative exhibits are neither substantive briefing papers nor evidence,
`but merely visual aids for use at the oral hearing. Id.
`On January 8, 2018, Patent Owner improperly filed its Demonstrative
`Exhibits in the above-identified proceedings as papers. Paper 38.
`Subsequently, Patent Owner filed a dupulicate copy of the Demonstrative
`Exhibits as exhibits. Ex. 2007. We hereby expunge Patent Owner’s
`Demonstrative Exhibits that were improperly filed as papers.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that the following papers are expunged from the records
`of the above-identified proceedings:
`Paper 38 in IPR2016-01839;
`Paper 27 in IPR2016-01842;
`Paper 27 in IPR2016-01863; and
`Paper 30 in IPR2016-01864.
