`I incorporate herein by reference the Expert Invalidity Report of Dr.

`Justin C. Williams Regarding U.S. Patent No. 9,059,532, which was signed by me

`on March 16, 2017, submitted in the Related Litigation, and filed in this
`
`proceeding as Exhibit 1065.

`I incorporate herein by reference the Expert Invalidity Reply Report

`of Dr. Justin C. Williams Regarding U.S. Patent No. 9,059,532, which was signed
`
`by me on May 18, 2017, submitted in the Related Litigation, and filed in this

`proceeding as Exhibit 1066.

`The aforementioned reports both included my declaration that their
`
`contents are “true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, and [that] I [would]
`
`testify as such if called to do so.” I believed at the time of signing and continue to
`
`believe that my opinions expressed in these reports are true and correct.

`I was deposed in this matter and in the Related Litigation by counsel
`
`for Nox on May 5, 2017, and June 2, 2017 respectively. Both of the
`
`aforementioned reports were exhibits to my June 2 deposition.
