`Petitioner Twilio Inc. (“Twilio”) files this Notice of Corrected Exhibit to
`
`correct a clerical error. Petitioner filed its Petition for inter partes review on
`
`August 29, 2016. The Board reviewed the Petition and determined that the Petition
`
`complies with the statutory requirements. Thus, the Board accorded the filing date
`
`of August 29, 2016. (See Notice of Filing Date Accorded, Paper No. 6.) During
`
`its review of the Petition, the Board identified a defect in Exhibit 1033. (Id.) The
`
`Board instructed Petitioner to file a corrected copy of Exhibit 1033 within 5
`
`business days. (Id.) Exhibit 1033 was properly cited in the Petition. However,
`
`Exhibit 1033 was incomplete because it omitted pages cited in the Petition. By this
`
`notice, Petitioner requests the patent office to expunge Exhibit 1033 filed August
`
`29, 2016 and substitute it with Corrected Exhibit 1033 filed concurrently
`
`herewith.1 Because this submission corrects a defect that is regulatory, rather than
`
`statutory, this submission does not affect the filing date of the Petition. That is, the
`
`Petition is entitled to maintain the August 29, 2016 filing date accorded by the
`
`Board. For at least these reasons, Petitioner requests that the Board accept the
`
`Corrected Exhibit 1033.
