`Jay B. Schiller

`J.B. Schiller is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property group with
`three years of experience litigating software and electronic patent
`litigation cases. Mr. Schiller works on a range of intellectual property
`matters, primarily focused on patent litigation and patent prosecution.
`Mr. Schiller has litigation experience in motion practice, claim
`construction and invalidity analysis. He also has experience in preparing
`and prosecuting patent applications relating to a wide range of
`technologies, including computer hardware, software and
`telecommunications.
