`REMARKS
`
`In accordance with the foregoing, claims 38, 40, 42, 43, 45, and 46 have been amended,
`
`and claims 50-67 have been added in accordance with 37 CFR §1.173 relative to the issued
`patent, U.S. Patent No. 7,046,611. Support for the changes in claims 38, 40, 42, 43, 45, and 46
`
`and 50-67 is found in claims 38, 40, 42, 43, 45, and 46 as originally presented and, among other
`
`embodiments of the invention, the embodiments shown in FIG. 4A and 7. No new matter is
`
`being presented, and approval and entry of the foregoing amendments and new claims are
`
`respectfully requested.
`
`Claims 59-81 are deemed patentable due at least to their depending from corresponding
`
`claims 38, 40, 42, 43, 45, and 46.
`Claims t-67 are pending and under consideration. Reconsideration is requested.
`
`CONCLUSION:
`
`In accordance with the foregoing, it is respectfully submitted that all outstanding
`
`objections and rejections have been overcome andfor rendered moot. And further, it is
`
`respectfully submitted that all pending claims patentably distinguish over the prior art. Thus,
`
`there being no further outstanding objections or rejections, the application is submitted as being
`
`in condition for allowance which action is earnestly solicited.
`
`tf the Examiner has any remaining issues to be addressed, it is believed that prosecution
`
`can be expedited by the Examiner contacting the undersigned attorney for a telephone interview

`to discuss resolution of such issues.
