`
`EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
`
`
`
`Creating and developing technologies that enhance and facilitate the online experience would best
`describe my areas of expertise. I consider myself a hands-on builder and a facilitator of vision, whether
`that vision is of my own imagination or that of a client who desires to transform an idea into a tangible
`and marketable asset.
`
` I
`
` believe that creativity and innovation combined with a deep understanding of technology along with
`the need to address marketplace requirements and realities, rooted in over three decades of experience,
`has allowed me to develop and deliver market viable products time and again.
`
`My experience spans from circuit boards to corporate boards, from operating systems to operating
`officer. I am an engineer of systems that range from small to global in size, and it is this diversity that
`allows me to provide guidance in all areas of the development process, from conception cycle to
`revenue cycle.
`
`From the early days of microprocessor technology development in the late 1970’s, through the
`dissipation of the dotcom bubble and the markets that have emerged from it today, I have
`continuously developed online products and diverse technological systems that have provided global
`accessibility and scalable functionality to millions of users, both public and private.
`
` I
`
` am also a holder of an FCC Extra Class Amateur Radio License AA6TK, spending my recreational
`time experimenting with digital data packet delivery over different modes of radio transmission using
`terrestrial and low earth orbit satellite systems, studying global high frequency radio wave propagation,
`and building my own radio equipment.
