`INTRODUCTION
`I.
`Patent Owner filed a Motion to Withdraw in the above-listed
`proceedings. Paper 19 (“Motion” or “Mot.”).2 We authorized the Motion in
`an Order dated May 3, 2017. Paper 17, 3. Petitioner stated that it does not
`oppose the Motion in an email dated May 8, 2017. For the following
`reasons, the Motion is granted.
`II. ANALYSIS
`Counsel may withdraw from an inter partes review only with
`authorization from the Board. 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e). The Motion requests
`authorization to withdraw Ms. Megan E. Lyman as lead counsel and Mr. Jim
`Passe as back-up counsel for Patent Owner. Mot. 2. Patent Owner already
`has filed updated mandatory notices designating a new lead counsel,
`Ms. Daphne Burton, and a new back-up counsel, Mr. Thomas D. Robbins,
`both of whom are registered practitioners. Paper 18, 2. Therefore, we see
`no reason to deny the Motion.
`
`III. ORDER
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that the Motion is granted; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Megan E. Lyman and Mr. Jim Passe
`are withdrawn as counsel for Patent Owner in the above-listed proceedings.
`
