`MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS PATENT OWNER’S COUNSEL

`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10 (e), Ms. Lyman seeks authorization by the
`Board for withdrawal as Patent Owner’s Counsel. Ms. Daphne Burton has filed a
`Power of Attorney and has named Secondary Counsel. Moreover, updated
`Mandatory Notices reflecting Ms. Burton as Lead Counsel, and Mr. Robbins as
`Secondary counsel have been filed. Ms. Lyman is closing her practice in compliance
`with employment at AgTech Accelerator, a corporation located in North Carolina.
`Ms. Lyman has advised Patent Owner of this closure.
`
`It is thus respectfully requested that Ms. Lyman be withdrawn as Lead
`Counsel, and Mr. Passe be withdrawn as Secondary Counsel for Patent Owner. It is
`respectfully requested that this Motion to Withdraw be granted.
