`Corporation (“Microsoft” or “Petitioner”) and Mobile Telecommunications

`Technologies, LLC (“Patent Owner”) jointly request that a copy of the Settlement
`
`Agreement, referenced as Exhibit 2001 to the Joint Motion to Terminate
`
`Proceeding and filed concurrently herewith, be treated in its entirety as business
`
`confidential information, and be kept separate from the file of the involved patent.
`
`Exhibit 2001 is being submitted in the PRPS system as “Parties and Board Only.”
`
`The Parties further request the Board to not make Exhibit 2001 available to any
`
`third party, except as provided for in 35 U.S.C. § 317(b) and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c).
