`Upon authorization of the Board, Petitioner filed an unopposed
`Motion requesting modification of the filing date accorded to the Petition.
`Paper 8 (“Motion”). According to the Motion, despite Petitioner’s best
`efforts to effect payment through PTAB E2E via debit card, following E2E’s
`payment instructions, payment was not processed timely. Petitioner asserts
`that it uploaded and mailed the Petition on August 8, 2016. Patent Owner
`neither disputes these assertions nor opposes Petitioner’s request to modify
`the filing date accorded.
`On September 14, 2016, the Board mailed a Notice of Filing
`Accorded (Paper 5) setting the accorded filing date to September 7, 2016.
`For good cause shown, the Motion is hereby granted. We modify the filing
`date accorded to August 8, 2016. The patent owner preliminary response
`deadline is not modified.

`It is hereby ORDERED that the filing date accorded to the instant
`Petition is August 8, 2016.
